Camp Hoppi are facilitated trips away to focus on connecting, exploring, and playing.

Sometimes people may feel they get stuck in a routine, camp hoppi is here to disrupt that. Enjoy a weekend offline just enjoying the simple things life has to offer.

The meaning behind the name? Hoppipolla is an Icelandic word that means jumping in puddles. An activity that takes you back to childhood - carefree, curious, and living in the present.

The camps are weekends away to go back to the basics and appreciate the small things, adopt positive childlike behavior through activities, and disconnect from the responsibilities of life.

2025

Exploring the World, Hoppi Style

This year, I’m embarking on an epic 8-month journey to some of the most beautiful and inspiring places on the planet. From skiing in Japan to road-tripping through Canada, hiking the stunning trails of Norway, and immersing myself in vibrant cultures across Africa and Asia, this adventure is all about embracing the spirit of Camp Hoppi on a global scale.

Along the way, I’ll be camping under the stars, volunteering with local communities, house-sitting in charming corners of the world, and seeking out unique experiences to inspire future trips.

While there may be fewer Camp Hoppi trips in 2025, this time of exploration will help me create even more unforgettable adventures for 2026.

Follow my journey on Instagram for travel tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and snapshots of breathtaking destinations!

ABOUT
  GRACE

Hey, I’m Grace Muirhead, and Camp Hoppi is a dream come true for me. Ever since I was a kid, the outdoors has been my happy place—whether it was hiking, camping, or just sitting by a campfire with friends. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to turn that love for nature into something I can share with others, from leading local camps in Australia to organising unforgettable trips like our recent adventure to Nepal.

Camp Hoppi is my way of bringing that magic to you. I wanted to create a space where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. I truly believe that being in nature can change your life—it certainly changed mine. Here, it’s about more than just fun activities; it’s about making connections, challenging yourself, and leaving with memories that last a lifetime.
